The Express store can also be called as an authorised company outlet, which will be supplied directly from the Jabalpur Hub Factory on a daily basis. There will be no requirement for kitchen or Kitchen staff. The Express store will act as company fulfilment centres for a designated territory.

What is the period for approval or rejection of franchise applications?
Every application received is either accepted or rejected within 10 working days, acceptance of application does not guarantee award of franchise. Once the application is accepted, the candidate will be intimated and further due diligence will commence.

What assessments are made during due diligence?
Franchise development team will 1st start with territory assessment, once the territory is approved, financial scrutiny of the candidate will ensue, candidate will be requested for a one on one meeting for better understanding with the Brand Representative, provided financial due diligence is approved by the FD team.

What is the Cost Involved in Setting up a Express Franchise outlet and what are the major cost heads?
A Express Outlet will be an authorised brand store which will exclusively sell products supplied by the Company Hub Factory. A typical development cost for developing a Express outlet sizing about 400 to 500 SqFt will range between 8 to 12 Lakhs. The development cost includes architect fee, property development and renovation, equipment, outlet interiors and facade development and initial inventory raw materials, packaging materials, communication and IT infrastructure.

What assistance does The Oven Classics provide?
As soon as the candidate signs the Franchise Agreement and fulfills financial obligations, the candidate will be assigned with an account manager, who will be responsible for all kinds of liaison, training, management and troubleshooting. Brand will closely work with the Candidate for property selection and negotiations. After property is selected and all legal docs w.r.t. occupying the property has been signed on tripartite basis between Property Owner, Franchise and The Oven Classics, only then Brand will start working on architectural designs, kitchen equipment layout, Store Interior Designs and Facade Designs, once the development work is completed The Oven Classics will provide its Software Platform, Uniforms, Branded Stationery, Branded Packaging and Stocks (Raw and Ready) for commencing store operations.
